A friend of mine posted in her LJ a conversation she had a work. I thought it was funny so I thought I would share it.

APPROPRIATE WORKPLACE CONVERSATION:
L___: hey, you're married, right? How long?
Me: About 3 years.
L___: Do you and your husband still do it a lot?
Me: More since marriage, though less since I started working night shifts.

If one can hold a high public office despite being stupid enough to think "hey, I've got $80,000 - I'll spend it on hookers!"... dammit, why am I still a waitress? Even I know that's a bad move.
