#130 - the boys & umbrella academy for somein30 + more.

It's me again!
This month has been prolific for me and I managed to finish my set for somein30. The theme was "Heroes & Villains" and I chose to do The Boys & The Umbrella Academy. I went for normal mode... again, because well, I'm lazy, but at least I managed to make a full 20 set. Well, I ended with like 50, but I had to cut some of the alts :D Also in

I love these! I think all villains are my faves (the Handler especially - the coloring and composition on these is wonderful, also the crop and muted color on 20 is perfect) I also really like 9 and 10, great coloring and composition on these :)

Omg this set is so gorgeous!! And again with the full 20! First of all, the composition on 1 is fantastic - I love that the text goes through the blocks tying them together. I also love the intricate background work on 2, it looks so ~layered and I love how many shades of yellow you got in there. 3 is incredible too, love the clean negative space and the vibrant color combo. 5 has a lovely retro poster look, I really like the huge text. 8 and 9 both have awesome colors and text use

I always end up with a lot of alts lol I like to have a variety of colors, although for this set I focused on more cool colors for the heroes and more warm colors for the villains. I'm glad you think I chose the best versions from them, I always have trouble deciding :D

The pairing was kinda accidental, those just happened to be the fandoms I currently have a set of 5 icons, so yay :D
