Do not ever buy anything from CSN stores

Imagine that you go to Walmart or Target or JC Penney's and you buy, say, a blender.  You get it home and plug it in:  It doesn't work.  You read the manual, check everything, and it still does not work correctly.  What do you do?  Well you pack it up in its little box and return it, right?  No problem.  Stores that sell you something that doesn't ( Read more... )

I'm so sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience at CSN Stores. Here at CSN, we really, really strive to provide the highest quality service when it comes to our products and sites; so I was disappointed to hear about this situation...

Although it is extremely rare, items can arrive damaged or defective. When this happens, we will replace that item, free of charge, immediately with a brand new replacement.

In this case, it looks like you just didn't want the item anymore because it was defective. We understand your frustration, and would be happy to offer you a full refund. We want to make sure you get the item you ordered in perfect condition, but we strive to provide quality customer service first.

Please give us a call when you can so we can resolve the situation, becuase we certainly don't want to lose you as a customer.

We made the mistake of ordering a desk/hutch set from CSN. After over 1 month, we were sent an intact hutch and badly damaged desk. The shipping company plopped it in our driveway and refused to take it back with them. After more than another month we were sent a second hutch instead of an intact desk. This time the shippers did take the incorrect item with them. After all of this bungling we have cancelled our order. Now we must wait for this company to come get this hutch out of our house. Despite a CSN email indicating that they have processed a credit to our account for the intact desk we've never received, our online records do not show this to be the case. We can only hope that we will receive our full credit from this company once the hutch has been removed from our home. We will never, ever order anything from this company ever again. We do not recommend them to anyone, unless you enjoy frustration, disappointment or feel like giving this company an interest-free loan.
