starting the summer with grape soda

So today, I have officially ended my life as a freshman. Leaving my precious Frau in a wimpy mass of tears, I resolved to drown my sorrows in fanfiction this summer.

Other less-important plans include seven days in and around New York next week and 5-6 days in the Colorado mountains for NYR at the end of July. They're just roadblocks in my schedule

It's weird, because usually we would have a month left to go, too. I don't know what happened there.

Awesome! Boston, Little Italy, Chinatown, the Statue of Liberty, Manhattan, etc. My mom wants me to eat a "Coney (sp) Island Hot Dog."

Surprisingly enough, it was one of the easiest things for me to remember. While we were doing it. I've completely forgotten now. Oops.

The quadratic equation is like one of the few things I haven't PURGED from my mind after giving up on Calculus. XD

I'm still trying to find it handy in situations it can be used in in real life like math teachers are so keen on insisting they do other than, specifically, THE quadratic unit. X3
