Instead of multiple posts in one day about random topics, why not just one post with a bunch of stuff thrown in willy nilly?

I am the first to admit that I have a bit of an obsessive personality. Once I like something, I really really like it. The most recent example, and sucker of my free time, is bento lunches. My bento blog, ♥ Cooking Cute

Thank god for your bento blog, it's great!

I have recently married my Korean/Japanese beau, and can not cook Japanese food to save my life! And to make matters even worse, he's a chef! He works long hours and comes home with little desire to do more cooking, yet does not like western food too much, and has little time to teach me.

I am desperate to learn fast, but have little time to take cooking classes here in Japan.
Therefore am trying to learn as much as I can on-line.
I'll be trying to tackle your tamago-yaki as my first lesson.
