Happy New Year, everyone! Hope you all had a good time last night ringing in 2007 (and that you didn't pay for it too much today -- haha).

We had some friends over for dinner. I made a nice salad with seared scallops, toasted pecans, little cubes of roasted sweet potatoes, red grapes, and red bell pepper. We then had fusilli tossed with wilted ( Read more... )

Your news year resolutions sounds very similar to mine, I managed to keep only one of mine from last year which in my books isnt bad going!!!

Definitely! This time with Cat too. We can do a dry run of the cooking show -- maybe the alpaca can man the camera. ;)
