Well today was my second day in training. I have just realized just how small this call center is. Its only about 190 heads. I'm so used to 1,000+ call centers and such, and they also seem to be more like a little family here. Not sure how i'm going to like that.. But its a good company from what i can tell. hun, take advantage of the familial aspect. it really makes you feel good to have other people supporting you. i know it is weird and hard at first, but make the effort and find a few new friends, it'll be worth it.
