I'm sitting here in training and the girl next to me ask's " are you ok" . I looked at her odd and say why. "because your crying" She says to me. WTF... Tears were running down my cheek, and i hadn't even realized i was crying. No sound or anything. Just the tears burning down my face.. What is wrong with me. I never show this much emotion around

All this time I have thought that i have been getting better with my emotional side. When in reality it has seemingly gotten worse. What should i do.. I don't know what to do right now.
