I was pulling into the school parking lot today, going about 10mph, when a homeless person on a mountain bike ran into the side of my car at like mach 5. The first thing he asked was if I had a pen so he could write down my license plate and drivers license number

Buddy, he's homeless, he doesnt have the means to send in this report, first of all, he would rather go spend the little money he has on beer or food. Secondly, even if he did file a report nothing would happen to it, because most likely homeless people file reports like every day just to get money, and they probably just dismiss them.

So no worries.

But lastly, if something happens with this, which im almost certain it wont, you will win in any case. Because you look presentable and he does not, and also because he hit you.
