Happy... snoozefest!
So the holiday has come and gone... and it wasn't too bad for my last holiday as a student. ^^;;
Santa got me a digital camera, a case for said camera, a memory card for aforementioned, a really nice sweater hoodie I've been eyeing for weeks, a new sheepskin jacket, only two pairs of socks (woe!), some random Christmas CD I'll never listen to, a really cute Winnie the Pooh ornament, and a first aid kit. o.O And I also got soem random Disney/Mickey Mouse pens, pencils, and notepads in my stocking. Dad got me money and a Hershey's with almonds bar. Popsie gave everyone some nice thick soled slippers with $50 in ones stuffed inside them. Kim got me this cute ladybug purse filled with some Bath and Body works stuff that all smells good and will most likely disappear in a few days. My step-sister Megan got me a new messenger bag that is beige and very pretty. Jess and Ryan got me some accessories for the DS and a teacher's apple notepad! You know, the kinds they wrote a note for your mom then safety pinned it to your shirt before you went home. Yeah. THAT KIND! I also got $45 worth of giftcards to Wal-Mart, which I'll use to buy some more storage containers. Supposedly I'm getting more gifts from friends, but yeah. ^^;; Whatever!
I've been using the camera a lot, actually. I really like it. We went out yesterday to Hallmark and bought some Christmas stuff since its all discounted. I picked up a Mickey and pluto ornament and a Pirates one that sings "Yo Ho!" It's really cute. I guess my own Christmases in the future will be Disney themed. I'll have to find me a Tigger stocking pattern. Har har!
I'll post some pictures after a while. I took a few with Emma's boyfriend from New Zealand. He's too much fun, I wish he could stay longer. He's very patient with me and actually reads street signs for me so I can hear his accent. ^^;;;
