So, the two weeks of camp are done (thankfully!), and I'm still alive and hopeful, which I'm grateful for. The second week was very tough, but like every other year, I came home more determined than ever to help these kids have better lives. It helps me get motivated for the final paper I have to write, and reminds me of why I'm putting myself

What was your last thought in reference to? I'm thinking it was either the success of your kids in camp. Or that you were referring to you -- people putting you into a box as a child and you proving them dead wrong.

I swear, you do something like this camp, and your life is never the same after that--it's like a heavy drug that makes everything else pale in comparison....
