Uh oh. Its been only two days and already it has begun. For those of you with prior military experience, I am sure you can really relate to this entry, as I am also sure you have gone through this, one way or another. I was teased in Jr. High, yet was completely cool in HS, but in the Army I did something I never thought I'd do: I was the bully.

It still shocks me, even today. I was in the hospital for many months and I was king of that place and mean as fuck. I'm still surprised at myself - I'm not mean and I never thought I could be a bully. I still don't know why I did it. Externalizing my aggression? Passing the time? Maybe the weaker kids reminded me what was weak in myself? Who knows.

You know, it happens a lot more than people realize, me thinks. I see it alot in the military. Put ordinary people in extraordinary situations and things are bound to happen.

Especially in the Army. It's either kill or be killed. I think thats where a lot of the bullying comes from.
