i'm sorry, but that girl is not healthy, and i worry if that's the goal you are trying to attain. obviously, you are a smart woman with a solid diet and exercise plan but that girl, i'm assuming, is malnourished, and the side effects of that, such as irregular periods, teeth and hair loss, and extreme fatigue are just not worth that body, trust.
There is also a wicked chance of severe heart problems. I had a friend who was hospitalised multiple times because her heart almost completely gave out on her.
just make sure you are healthy doll. that girl does NOT look like she is healthy. she looks like she's going to blow away in the wind. skinny is fine, but healthy is better. try to focus more on how you feel, not what the scale says.
So I wont go on about that girl's health. I will say, though, I couldn't ever imagine her looking sexy. Never will she look alluring or dangerous, nor will she ever exude a come-hither, confident demeanor. Her body looks very young, very under developed, very cartoony. I feel about 10 pounds heavier than I should be, but I would take my ten pounds any day if it meant I could strut every once in a while. I would never want to look like a perma-child. I know you feel differently, but I hope you grow into liking your own body, woman-shaped and all.
If being that skinny is healthy for you, I say go for it. I know it's difficult to be both healthy & happy, but I hope you can reach yr goals & have both!
