If my shoulders and lower back weren't killing me, I'd have to say this has been a lovely day so far.

Anyone know of a free or cheap (good) massage place? I've never had one and I think I need one, desperately.

The Healing Arts Massage & Wellness Center in Pacific Beach is pretty cheap, and they give a good massage. Sessions are something like $45 for a full hour, which is about half what you'd pay somewhere else.

I give decent massages too, but I'm in the same boat - I could use one as M often can't do much with my shoulders because she lacks the grip strength to do anything to them.

i have no idea what date yet im comin on the 8th Feb until 8th March...

we're staying in TJ for about a week first then roadtrippin up the West Coast from San Diego to Washington State... the road trip is planned for about 2 weeks then it's back to TJ, but we're stoppin in SD on the way and way back, but prob only for one or two nights... i will deffinately keep u informed tho!!
