Kate wasn’t sure what it said about her that her list of romantic problems included a ferret.

This was absolutely splendid! I actually read this first and then realized I've missed some chapters and went back and read the others. But this was I think the best chapter of all. I love Ashley answering Alexis' phone and Castle's reaction to it. HILARIOUS! I am glad Alexis has come to talk to Ashley. He was such a nice guy. I appreciate that long distance relationships are hard of course but it'll be so nice if they make up on the show also.
I also loved Beckett's 8 points of self doubt.
My Castle love had taken a short decrease during the Christmas hiatus during which time I developed a great liking to and watched a lot of Criminal Minds. But with the episode 'Dial M for Mayor', my Castle love is back and was reinforced by the episode with the Golden Retriever.

This chapter is fantastic and had me giggling like crazy! Particularly at:

and

“You’ve had a rough morning. I figured you’d earned it.”

And of course, I adore the whole back-in-the-break-room-again scene. ♥ I can't wait to read the next chapter!
