Thanks so much for saying such nice things!:) I actually had one more vignette that I wanted to include, but I couldn't get it fit, it was messing up the flow. I'm so glad you enjoyed it.

Being willing to die with your co-worker isn’t as explicable and Kate is afraid she knows exactly what it means.

I really, really love that line. It really encapsulates what happened in that freezer perfectly.

I'm so glad you liked this. I think Kate was completely aware of what the freezer meant, and was running scared almost immediately. I still am dying to know what she was about to say when she passes out in the freezer. Did they ever tell us? (I caught up on Castle this summer.)

Thanks so much for your nice comments. And for the author tag.:)

I just saw your message, but only because my phone told me I had one! Thanks so much for all the lovely things you've said.:) Also, I finally got the lj cut to work (I think) but I can't erase the other one so now there are two, both going to the same place. I have no idea how I managed that but whatever,it's sort of working.

Read this on my mobile during my lunch break at work - best lunch break ever.

Now I'm home and about to read it again, and immerse myself even more in this wonderful story.

This is a gorgeous piece of writing, thanks for sharing!
