Next to out house, there's an alley.
Some pooey jack-arse decided to walk his dog through there this week.
Fair enough.
The dog takes a crap.
The git picks up the poo and shoves it in a plastic bag.
Great?
Then he decided to hang the bag on our trees near the alley.
What's up with that?
