H.G. overcame subliminal messaging to love Myka -- talk about an epic love.

Delicious resolution to those still dangling plot holes, esp. concerning McPherson's plans and involvement with HG's release. And great that you made Mrs. F and the Regent's less the patsies they were in canon.

And yes, the debauchery was fine, too. :)

I very much like your explanation for HG's actions, and the connection to McPherson. Thank you.

One thing that has really stood out for me about the show ,as far as characters, has been the clinical detachment the Ms. McPherson has displayed. You spoke to this "Mrs. Frederic stares impassively back at Myka. No regret. No compassion. She continues without a hint of apology". It's kind of intrigued me how you have all of these passionate and dynamic characters but the most clinical main character is on the "good side". I like how although you are writing to subtext, the characters retain their cannon characterizations (so far from what I'm reading). I look forward to reading what you have in store for the fic.
