A very strange thing has been happening to me for the past few weeks. On occasion, I find myself beset with massive stomach pain. At first I thought it was just a flu or something, but it felt extremely different in some regards. It's sort of hard to explain, but today, I was nearly unable to move from the pain

Are you getting to be close to 30? Our bodies change about then, and it's the start of "mo longer being able to do what we could when we were kids unless we train like olympians."
