Yes, it's a great thing to see it starting to look like something is being built rather than torn down. :D

Yeah, once the foundation is poured and the framing starts to go up, it actually starts to look like a house... Kind of like starting a drawing; you have this white space to somehow conquer, but once the sketch establishes the idea, then it starts to make sense.

The devil's in the detail(ing).

Oh yeah, all the fiddly details to keep us up nights. :D The plumber has been roughing in the piping for the new areas. I should have more photos to post soon.

I'm trying, thanks. Always that feeling, "what did I forget?" in the back of my mind, but I think I covered the major stuff. They got the plumbing roughed in for the new stuff in the addition. I took more photos, which I hope to post tomorrow sometime.

Cool! Good luck! Glad to see you're back online. I'm still stuck using library computers. I have some nibbles, but no job yet. Honestly, when one tells the potential employer in the cover letter that one can tutor in almost any subject except for advanced math, why does the potential employer ask if one can tutor high school or college algebra?

Thank you. :) Great to see you are still out there kickin'. I think there is a great need for math tutors for kids, so I'm not surprised you were asked about it. Good luck with the job hunting -- at least you are getting some nibbles and interest from potential employers.
