Well, the work didn't go particularly well, but I learned some Classical vocab and had another go at sleeping and managed probably an hour and a half. I feel much better than I did earlier, and I'm hoping to make a reasonable go of this exam. After all, I must like a challenge, or I wouldn't be here in the first place...*rolls eyes* -

A Depressing Thing
16:30 - finish second exam.
16:45 - arrive home.
16:55 - start revision for third exam (9:00 tomorrow). Which you have done no revision for so far because you were too busy revising for the previous two. -

Inexplicable cheerfulness
Two days until exams start, and I am feeling remarkably optimistic. Not even faintly prepared or at all convinced that I'm going to do very well, but very much looking forward to a time in the near future when exams will be over and it really won't matter any more.

An annoying thing...
...is when my mother phones me up and we're just getting into a nice long chat, when she suddenly asks me a question about my year abroad. And then she asks me another question. Weekend!
Yes. The weekend. Well, on Saturday I went to the cinema with Catherine, Joe and David. David was in the foulest of foul moods for some reason we never quite discovered (you often can't, with David), but otherwise it was a lovely evening.
