Alright, the friends cut is over. If I removed you by mistake (and I just realized I did that to one person), please let me know. I dumped some sticky something into my big-ass calculator at work one time. It's still a bit sticky to this day, but it would be a hell of a lot worse if I hadn't resorted to the tissue-and-H2O method...basically, I couldn't remove the keys to get into all the little cracks where the sticky stuff was hiding, so I made lots of slender twists out of tissues or paper towels, insert them into the little cracks, then wet the end of the twists that protruded out so that by the magic of capillary action, water got where it needed to go to dissolve the sticky, but not in quantities large enough to hurt the electronics. Once I'd let them soak a bit, I'd pull the wet twists out and insert dry ones to sop up the leftover water. It took some repeating, but the calculator is totes functional now and only two keys stick only very occasionally. Good luck! :D

Grody. I got udon broth on mine. WEIRDLY ENOUGH all the other keys are fine, just not the Space and C key. *fistshake*

I'll try your method as well, it's sort of what I've been doing, so hopefully it'll be okay. All the ones I checked were telling me to pop off the keys and these keys do not remove. :(

Oh no! Sticky keyboards are the worst... and you have to worry about hurting them trying to get them clean. :(

u_u They really are. I wish there was an easier way to clean them other than "HAHA YOU'RE SCREWED" which isn't really a solution at all. DX

I am so lazy. orz I should change it, but I keep laughing myself to death every time I see it so I just...don't.

u_u Thank you, bb. I'll keep trying the method I'm doing now and if it just up and dies at least it's still under extended warranty.

I actually ran away from it after I put the first batch of wet cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. I thought it might explode and kill me. Somehow. Knowing my luck.
