Ahha, you may be a dork, but you're an adorable one. (And I can't really talk, because I've spent the last two days playing a Shinsengumi dating sim, simply because I had to see if everyone still died... and boy, do they ever.)
Ahhhh... further education. I'm going back to school in September because this lack of a real job is getting tiring.
HOW IS THE GAME? Is it fun? Because if it's fun...
Oh, awesome! Further schooling might help since, as I recall, you have a very specific sort of job/skill set you want/have, yes? And yeah, I understand about the whole "no real job, wow this sucks" thing. As much as having a 'real' job is awesome, though, it's kind of like "WHERE DID MY FREE TIME GO" and all. Going back to school for a bit will likely remedy me of this mindset. Hur.
I wish you luck though! Are you already signed up for your courses?
The game is... uh. Well, I can't actually read any of it, but it's entertaining, yes! I've managed to date Okita, Hijikata, and Kondou at this point, and they have all died appropriate deaths. It's sort of a sick game, in that respect.
Yeah, my field is sort of narrow, when it comes to actual non-teaching jobs. Well, in regards to things I would actually want to do for a living. Haven't signed up yet, but spring semester isn't even over yet, so I don't think registration for fall will happen for awhile. I've already taken two of the required classes, though, which is kind of awesome, as it will cut the time it takes for me to finish.
I hope so! I just...have no idea how to look into this stuff. D8 WAAAAAAAAGH. I mean, I keep hearing about the Monterey Institute (and I've been there before and love love love LOOOOOOOVE that campus because it's right in the heart of the city and lawl I love my hometown), but I wonder if I'm not just settling because it's close and it's the only one I know? I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS ADULT SHIT.
:( We need to skype moar. And push Kes into talking more. And maybe keep daring you to be quiet because that was awesome.
It was! I'm so glad you were able to come. :D I love hanging out with you.
We are totally going back. XD If nothing else, I'm going to have my birthday there this year because lawl I loves it so. BUT we can totally hit it up before that, too. I would happily go back there. Food is good and the drinks are awesome and lawl, the decorations. Let's get you a haori!
