replacing the wheels and the brakes cost me about 8400yen

JESUS I've never paid that much for a whole bike! Why didn't you just buy a new one??

Because it's like 12,000yen for a new "cheapo" bike? And thus was not worth it.

They recommended me getting a new one, but they basically fixed everything wrong with it anyway so it's like getting a new bike for cheaper. That and I loathe the cheapo bikes since I bike up and down major hills everyday.

Yeah, I wish I could get one, but those work better for in-city. Out where I am, you've got hills galore and the tiny bikes really don't work.

NO. I am drunk, and therefore lovey. *hugs*

And I have no idea how much 8400yen is in dollars, but at least it's fixed now? Hopefully nothing like that will happen again. D:< Can't have random Kazes being hit by even more random cars now, can we? <3

About 86 or 89&USD. And haha, I can hope. They say bad things come in threes, right? This is my second time getting hit off my bike.

That's not bad! Brand new bikes here can go for around $200 and up! And you're used to this bike, so you know how it is, and you don't have to break in a new one? :D

:/ ...hopefully, there won't be a third time.

Yeah, I remember buying bikes in America is expensive. Got mine stolen once and had to get a new one. Bikes here can be pretty bad, too, but they're mostly road bikes without gears which makes it a little better. And yep! No need to break in a new bike, just make sure I don't break the old one.

And I hope not. That would suck.

If you have access to cheapy vodka and a spray bottle, it'll kill the mold on the clothes, and it dries odorless (yay, clear spirits!). It's what I do to my clothes when we get our wet part of summer.

Ooh, okay! I'll see if they don't have any at the liquor store near my house.

You always have the best solutions. ;3;♥

Kaze por que! Please be careful bb! ;o;

I think worrying about what work is now is important, so don't stress about the future too much. Worry about it later. 8D;

No idea, bb. No idea. It just happens. And I will try to be!

Hahah, yeah, that's what I wish I could do, but since I'd need to apply for grad schools this year in order to make it in time for next year after I get back - or this year for here if I decide to stay, I kind of need to think about it. |D
