I agree you need to stop doing all the extra jobs. :/ Technically you're not even allowed to have the extra jobs, so if you feel overwhelmed I would just tell them that "Oh, I've suddenly been warned I should stop, we can talk about it again in August when my situation changes" since most people are aware that public workers aren't allowed side jobs. Or is it for JET that you're doing the translation, just as like a super CIR on top of your other work? If so, that is BS. D:
