Uhm, I just started reading, but your first two points are not right. I don't know what your sources are, but he said it countless of times before that his name was never Hitoshi, and in Duet May (if I'm not wrong about the issue), he said again that he was mistaken in elementary school as Hitoshi by his teacher, and that it was weird.

Yup, go right ahead with the translation. The thing about Reio, he has never been in D-boys (you can ask any D-boys fans), so I really don't have any proof for you on this. All he did was audition for D-boys, but never got it (btw, D-boys is not a band. They're a group of actors who drabble in almost everything).
As for the thing about Jin being mistakenly called Hitoshi, I've uploaded the scan here. Here's the translation for the second question
