Not a bad day. Work was work. Dealing with people and taxes all day. Wheee. Got to do some teaching tonight. C. and I were the only ones who were at the practice site. Spent a productive hour out of armour working on movement. All good, because not only was C. getting the idea, I was reinforcing the concept in my brain. All good ( Read more... )

Glad to hear you weren't in armour. How's the physio going?? Glad things are going well for ya doll!!

Physio is going really well. I am actually allowed to put the armour on and play. Just "don't do anything stupid"

The plan is that unless it is flooding type of rain that I will be there.
