If you look up Reading apartments and Oak Forest Apartments or Autumn Park Apartments they should be able to list the phone numbers somewhere online. I know I've come across them before, you just have to google it a bit. I believe the only way freshmen/sophomores can live off campus is if their home (parents/guardians/etc) have an address that's within commuting distance. Otherwise, if you're coming in from over an hour away or whatever they want you to live in the dorms. They just made up this policy at the end of last year, so I never had to deal with it, therefore I'm not the best person to ask. lol But that's what I know of it!
