Unfortunately, you can't do anything for a broken toe, except wait it out. Trust me, I know.

yeah, i know, i've broken a bunch of toes before. i don't even think this one is broken though, for some reason....it just won't stop bothering me.

You should have put in an injury report at work. If there is some kind of problem with your foot down the road the documentation of your injury will help cover any medical bills that you might have for your foot down the road.
