Amusing as this image is, I assume you mean hand :p But this chapter flowed with much fewer hitches, way to go :D

Too keep up the concrit, I think you ought to decide on a set way to handle the honorifics. Either always hyphenate or never do. The Japanese way to write it can't really be converted properly, but at least be consistent. I tend to prefer Surname-taichou, as it goes along with how more common honorifics like -san and -kun are usually written, but that's a matter of preference. You did have Unohana refer to herself as -san, though, and that's never right.

Yeah it's a bit hard. I asked my Dad since he studied in Japan and such, and he said that it was hard. =/ And, yeah I like using the Surname-taicho as well. As for the san thing xD I had no idea. lolol. I'll do something about it now.
