Is selling merch really that hard?. Fuck major labels and their 'proffessional' merch people.
it really isn't. and if you suck at math like i do, just have a calculator with you. you (or the band) should do inventory preshow and write down how much of each is there, how much each thing costs and the amount of money in the box, and then on a separate sheet of paper, the merch person would write down what and how many they sold and the cost, eliminating free pins for your friends, theft of the cash in the box, etc.

I just never had an experience like that because I live in Florida. And how I even had gotten my burnt copy of Bullets was still a mystery to me because I got it from some kid I'll never forget. He was older than me, taller than me, and hung around with my sucky cousin. But he ruled.
