However, my mood is bleh- even getting strange agitated feelings as though my new happy pills are disagreeing with me! There is no magic solution. I appreciate how frustrating and disappointing that feeling is some days, when it all feels like blergh. i hope just being able to blog about it helps in some way, because it's not always easy trying to explain what is going on inside to someone who has no idea what the heck you're on about. i appreciate that... it's not always easy tryin g to explain the unexplainable either.
