well this past weekend, d. and i went to big sur. FINALLY. i'd been wanting to go for awhile now, just to get away for a day. i really needed it. we got a late start but went to pfeiffer beach where it was weirdly warm and then went over to the phoenix shop at the nepenthe, right before it closed. i was hoping they'd have a halloween display
