so, i've been trying to cook a bit lately! i am not much of a cook, truth be told. i can make SUPER basic stuff, so even this stuff was kind of complex for me, but vegetarian times and vegetarian recipe books are my friends.
last week i made quinoa stuffed peppers:
they came out ok. i made more than i meant to, didn't have enough tomatoes and they were a bit bland, but not bad or anything.
then this week i made potatoes au gratin and it's pretty good:

i want to make some bigass veggie soup this weekend. we'll see.
