i don't listen to much music when i'm angry very often. but when i do, there are different sorts of songs for different sorts of angry. i like to listen to isis when i'm frustrated because their songs build to this big, cathartic resolution so i feel like i'm being taken along my emotional arc, from the beginning and then ultimately to the end where i can return to a more peaceful state.
