Do you think makeup is important for a woman?

Makeup has been wearing by woman for centuries. In Japan every woman must learn to do a make up before entry an university. Evidently, it is relevant for Japanese woman and many of another countries. I know women who can not leave home without a makeup, but some of them are just beautiful without a need those cosmetics. I have thought that I envy

interesting about japan. i had no idea. personally, i have a love/hate relationship with makeup. i don't always wear it but when i do, i want it to be perfect.
