I am so beyond tired. I don't even know what I want to try to write.

Quinn's school had an art show tonight. It was sooo cute! As you know, my friend runs the school out of her house. ,She is sooooo good. Amazing. She had all of their art mounted on black paper and had hung it all up on the walls, along with various sculptures and other things they ( Read more... )

Who knows, maybe another mom will take on Patrick if he gets too cranky and have some tricks up their sleeve. I am a firm believer in trying new things ( hence taking the girls up north with me for a week while Tim stays home). I guess in the end we can both go home if it becomes too difficult, right?

You look back on these entries of sleep and be amazed at how quickly that flew by. Was Quinn an easier baby to get to sleep?

Thanks for reading that whole post..I just reread it..It was a little..scattered :)

Anyway, you know, Quinn was easier in some ways and harder in others. He never had that crazy screaming hour at night, but he did need to be held a lot. And he was harder to get back to sleep in the middle of the night. I am just so excited for him to be a little older and for all of this to be behind us! But, you are right, hopefully one of the other moms this weekend will just LOVE little babies and want to hold him all the time!! :)

We are in the same boat with Amelia in terms of sleep. I feel your pain. It's impossible for me to go anywhere at night because she likes to cluster feed before bed. She will take a bottle sometimes but not reliably so it's not really fun for any of us if I'm not home to put her down. I know this will change someday but it sure is exhausting in the meantime.

ughh...i know, i want time to fast forward so this will be over! the weird thing is, Patrick didn't have any of his screaming fits in tahoe!! i had to hold him from about 5pm-8pm, and he kind of dozed off and on, and he ate a few times, but no screaming? I don't know why. We got home last night and the screaming returned..ughh.

One of the moms there this weekend had twins and said one of them did that for six months and then it went away, and now she is a self-soother and goes to bed sooo easily. That made me feel better..to know I'm not alone, and that it's not anything I'm doing..and that he will grow out of it!
