this entry (along with a visit to state's dorms) gave my room mates and i a new found love for our 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom, brand new apartment style dorms. Granted we dont have a football team or a swimming club...

Yea...the football games and the swim club do make the terrible bathrooms that much more bareable. Not gonna lie.

Welcome to dorm life...last year we had one shower stall not work all of second semester. We also had no paper towels on one side of the bathroom and no soap on the other...therefore you had to use both sides of the bathroom to properly wash your hands. And let's not talk about the night where someone flushed the toilet and the water inside just kept cycling and flushing perpetually for about 8 hours til they could get maintenance in the next morning...basically you could hear a toilet flushing all night on our whole hall. What compensated for this was the badass water pressure and the bathroom newsletters they hung on the inside of all the bathroom stalls. Sigh, Manning will always hold a special place in my heart...

I've been racking my brain and I believe the name of the newsletters was The Potty Press...they were amazing.

After going to cheerleading camp for four years in those dorms I will say you have described the bathroom perfectly. It made me laught a good bit.
