Okay guys, I can't take this new subletter anymore. This is going to be one of my most serious posts, as I'm really searching for a solution to kick this guy's ass OUT of my roommate's room before he removes anymore of my peace of mind living here. I don't give a shit if he has to live on the street, I want him out. Here's a blow by blow, as well

the best advice was actually given to you on FB... I agree with whoever told you to seek a lawyer or professionals so that you can get rid of him without putting yourself in a bad position.

ah, that'd be a good buddy of mine from before obento :)
the trickiest part about navigating a legal process now is that doing so would mean i would HAVE to admit to breaching the part of my lease agreement stating that we're not allowed to sublease without the landlord's prior written approval. i'd've called the cops on him yesterday had it not been for that same problem.
