It's a problem that stems from other problems like weight, sleep apnea and depression.
Basically it means no matter how much I sleep, I'm always tired, and it's incredibly hard for me to wake up. Also when I do wake up, I'm very delirious and whatnot, which explains all the conversations I have with my alarm clock.
