I am feeling pretty damned strong and powerful. My running time is getting better as well. Now the only thing holding me back is lack of sleep. Hard to do with 3 kids ranging from 20 months-9years old. UGH! I swear they take turns. I think it is a conspiracy to drive me nuts ( Read more... )

I'm recovering from anorexia, I've always been very weak phsically and find it very hard to put on muscle mass. Have you any tips for a totaly beginner?

btw. i'm 89 lbs and 5 7

You need to stay up to date on your doctor appointments and therapy. Other than that you need to ask you doctor about gaining weight. I am not a doctor and don't think I can give you good advice.

Ojay,,I am crying now but I guess I need help from somewhere but my doctor isn't very helpful.
