What an eventful weekend.. well, for the most part. On friday, we had this thing called TigerNights and it was just like, a carnival. We played laser tag and I rode the mechanical bull! So I was just thinking about private schools on the way back to Auburn from my fall retreat @ Lakeview. And I have decided that I do not want my children to go to private schools. School is killing my right now.. when I say it's all I do- there is no exaggeration.. at all. This week is going to be so stressful, and I still don't have my cell phone! I want Thanksgiving break to come right now.. or at least sooner than it seems. :(

I made pancakes yesterday morning for the very first time! and they were goooood, too.. so be happy for me! this just goes to show you how enlightening college is! :)

Oh my goodness what a weekend/summer this has been. this post isn't actually about my summer.. more about my grandma and how I respect her so much more b/c of all the patience she has with my grandpa. I wonder if we'll ever understand boys. Even when we're married.. what happens if we argue and they flat out tell us why they did whatever they did- will we still understand? wow! may is over.. what a crazy month! school ended and I'm home.. spending time with no one else (yet) besides the Polks, rach and karina.. and some church kids.. I miss Auburn a little bit, but when I think of how fast May has gone by, it makes me sad b/c that means I only have 2 more months until school!

Maybe it's because I love animals, or maybe it's because no living thing should have to be treated like what those animals have to go through.
