I just discovered that David Tennant and John Barrowman are going to be at ComicCon this year, and I wanna go! I mean, what a trip! I could meet Tycho and Gabe from Penny Arcade, the guys from Jump Leads (sort of Red Dwarf, only in comic strip form) *and* The Doctor and Captain Jack, all at the same place ( Read more... )

Cutting Crew were the first band I ever saw live. Didn't realise they were still going!

I've never seen them live, but I own their album on LP. Actual vinyl! Wow, I feel old. :)

I meant to ask before I pushed the submit button on my other post. Where is the Con you want to go to? the Con. that has Agentmiss drooling, 'cause she really, really likes David Tennant, you know--saved all her pennies and went to England last Oct to see him in Shakespeare--'course she's out of pennies now--???

It's in San Diego, but a friend of Morgan's from online publishes the online comic book Jump Leads (jump-leads.com), which is a take off, sort of, from Red Dwarf, who is probably going.... He's an ex-pat Brit who lives in LA now, and is probably going. Morgan's going to try to get him to get me David Tennant's autograph! :) As well as his own, 'cos I'm really enjoying Jump Leads. Of course, being the Anglophile I am, I really wanna meet him now, but that's another story......
