I love how you characterized Luna! The scenes with the cloud watching, and with her telling Harry to tell Ginny she was fine, and the thestrals comment--I love all of it. “I can’t cry for another month, Harry. I can’t.”

I think that was what finally did me in.

Anyway, I think your fic was part of what made me write this fic last night, which you can read at your leisure if you so desire. Thanks for the inspiration!
