Adorable.

How are you three doing?
Adjusting well to mommy/baby/daddy-hood?

So. Cute.

We're doing really, really well. Adjusting to practically no sleep is the biggest thing. I'm about to try for a nap as I type this.

Jude went back to work today, which sucks for all of us. He is like the perfect father. He's totally got a magic touch with the little guy.

He's just a perfect little guy, so sweet and good natured.

Remind me I said this when he turns two.

Looking forward to you two meeting him!

oh goodness you can come whenever! Have your lady throw some dates at me. The only weekend we're solidly booked is next. At some point we're going to Jude's folks for a weekend but that's not set in stone yet.

What a beautiful baby, he is so adorable (and what a pretty mother, too)! You two must be incredibly happy with him.

How do you manage without getting sleep, though? That aspect of parenthood always baffled me.

We ARE very, very happy Moth :)

The no sleep thing is weird. You just kind of manage. Its not really no sleep at all, but I do have to get up every few hours to feed him so its, at best, really broken sleep. We're probably averaging about 4 hours a night right now. That'll change in a month or two when he doesn't need to eat so often. Basically, I try to sleep when he's sleeping during the day, but it doesn't really work out that way. Honestly, you spend a lot of time really, really tired and cranky, but I think its kind of a right of passage for new parents.
