No, I do not eat avocado everyday. I could, but I don't. Avocado is full of fat, albeit very, very healthy fat and believe it or not, has a shit ton of fiber (no pun intended). This was a crazy amount of avocado for one meal/one person (one small/medium sized avocado, sliced), but since I skipped breakfast and this will be my only meal until Jared

I suggest lettuce leaves or to add a fruity side to this, hollow out an apple and use it as a little bowl...
