Sigh. Whedon will always bring the feels for me. Not all of them good. Not by far. But wow, seeing them all reunited again made me SO nostalgic. Ugh. I will never have another love like that.
I wish he would write a BatMAN movie. I mean, reluctant murderer heroes who ~can't be loved are pretty much his raison d'etre there.
Batman would definitely be in his wheelhouse, as is Batgirl, if he could just get rid of some of the more annoying tics that populate his work (I mean, obviously, I love Avengers, BtVS, and Firefly but I also feel like he does go to a certain type of well a little too often.).
