☇A New World

Sep 11, 2011 13:57

There is a desert world called Graystone when really the world itself is filled with orange dust. However despite being a world of hot and dry air with little greenery, they are rich with advanced technology similar to that in Star Wars. And the world itself is rife with deep magic that controls the balance of the world. But there are forces trying to destroy it and those that carry it.

The Blessed (Noah) seek to destroy the magic and the Summons (other Exorcists) that become "vessels" for this magic. Each time the Blessed destroy a Summon the world grows a little more weaker, a little more unstable. The Blessed hunt them down with the aid of their Akuma made by their leader, Adam. Akuma are machines made out of golems (dead bodies, clay, his own magic, various tech) that go around destroying the magic that make the Summons. The Blessed themselves are people that have wished for something with all of their being so long or so strongly that it has come into being and they have these powers.

However, there is one person that can stop the Blessed and that is the prophesied Chosen One (Allen). He alone can collect the Summons and use their power to defeat the Blessed and restore their world's balance. Summons can use their magic before Allen appears, he can send them out on their own, but it's safer for them and they become more powerful with him. Until they find him, the Faithful (Black Order) try to collect the Summons, hoping to help cut back on the search and protect themselves. The Summons were once normal people until the magic came to them in various forms and changed them, giving them abilities that are not normal. If the magic is separated from its Summon, they die and the magic itself disappears from the world. It's just like if a Blessed had killed a Summon before Allen could get to them or even after he had.

But to keep this from happening the Faithful created a new branch within their organization: the Silent Ones (Crow/Thirds). They are guard dogs that seek to destroy the Blessed themselves as well as guard the Summons.

Misc
*They go in order in which Allen meets them in canon so Kanda is the first that Allen collects (after Cross).
*The Silent Ones are brainwashed by the Blessed excluding Howard Link and join them in trying to destroy the magic of their world and the Summons.
*So far Allen has collected up to Alma (an unstable Summon) but when he did he ended up losing Alma and Kanda, Bookman and Lavi were taken by the Blessed, and they did something to Chaoji's magic.
*Apocryphos is not a Summon, what it does is mimic one but it secretly wishes to destroy all of them, hence why it tries to meld with Allen.

Character Info Character information on the FREE ones is flexible.
Allen onetosummon [Played by Mikki]
1. Allen's left arm was amputated when he was a child and a tech-prosthetic put on before he ran away from the orphanage. The technology of it allows the artificial limb to grow with his body though after he lost Mana and tried to call him back with Adam's help it grew more like the picture.
2. His arm has completely broken down twice, releasing the Summons inside so they can protect him while he gets it repaired. Of course most of them just berate him instead for having letting it break down.
3. Using Cross to rid the world of the golem version of Mana ruined Allen's left eye and a prosthetic was put in. It uses the same technology as his arm and can track the Summons he already has, mostly because of the AI implanted inside of it called Nea.
4. Doesn't eat a lot, didn't even really know Cross was a Summon until he disappeared after sending Allen off toward the Faithful. But he did grow up with Cross' debts and trying to pay them off.
5. Tries not to use the Summons to fight since he's started to get to know them, know who and what they really are, but sometimes Allen has no choice. They're his friends and he wants to protect them, so he fights along side them with the gun tucked in his robes and the staff at his side.
6. When Allen Summons someone they come out of the jewel on his tech-prosthetic hand and when they're not Summoned, they're at rest in a Limbo-like place where they don't tire or hunger. But they can watch what Allen does through the tech-prosthetic eye of his.
7. Doesn't want to kill the Blessed, Allen wants to find some way that will make them see the error of their ways. Make them want to help the humans instead of harming them, harming their world. Yet while he wants to save the Blessed, Allen doesn't trust them.
8. Found himself partnered with Howard Link to "ensure the safety" of the Summons and was surprised with his abilities. Gradually letting down his guard as they work with each other more but takes the advice of his Summons and doesn't trust him too much.
9. Nea has started to make himself known to Allen in his thoughts as the program in the tech-prosthetic eye, he's limited to that area of Allen's body. But he wants to see the war end as much as Allen, just wants to end the Blessed and doesn't care if the Summoned die.
10. After he lost four (five with Chaoji) Summons thanks to Blessed interference, Allen has gone off to try and find them again. But in order to do so he had to leave the Faithful and left the remaining Summons with them. Cross is also on his list to find after he was "done away with" by Apocryphos.
11. He goes and talks to Mother, a woman that helped Cross take care of him while he was younger and in shock. Hoping that she has some kind of hints as to where Cross might have gone because he knows deep down inside that the stubborn Summon isn't gone.

Lavi fire_bright [Played by Dara]
1. Orphan like Allen but stayed in the orphanage until Bookman found and took him.
2. Right eye is a tech-advanced prosthetic that lets Lavi access any kind of network with a bit of hacking. It copies everything it sees from a mesh eye-patch, no one knows the patch can be seen through.
3. Magic found both Bookman and Lavi at the same time, taking them both from collecting their world's lost history. They're more like archeologists.
4. Lavi can conjure up a hammer that works just like in canon only instead of the weapon breaking, Lavi simply cannot conjure it up for a period of time.
5. Secretly working with Bookman and actually Leville on how to remove the magic from a Summon without damaging/killing them.
6. He sort of mothers Allen, making sure that he gets enough to eat and actually rests instead of running himself ragged trying to save the world, much to Bookman's displeasure.

Kanda N/A [Played by Button]
1. Born a twin to Alma, the two were subjected to tests to force the magic into them (much like the tests that lead to children Falling) and they were the only two that survived such experiments.
2. However something went wrong with Alma (the magic) and the two were separated, Kanda growing up believing them when they said that he had escaped after going insane and the Blessed captured and killed him.
3. The loss of her twin made her bitter and withdraw from everyone else but she learned how to use the sword without a fight. She'd defeat the Blessed by herself if she had to in order to end the war and avenge her twin.
4. She...reluctantly helps Allen but when she does fight it's with everything. She doesn't care if she gets broken along the way, it'll just heal up after all.
5. Doesn't know that Alma is still alive until Allen appears in one of the ancient cities where the Faithful have been keeping Alma. She doesn't want to fight Alma but the other has gone insane due to the magic.

Rhode
1. Child of a wealthy family, Rhode wanted for nothing growing up. Her family was close with the Tzar and then everything went wrong when he was overthrown.
2. Thrown into middle class life Rhode dreamed all the time of the life she left behind. She dreamed so often that the Dreams became real, Adam came to her and took her away from her old life.
3. Her fight with Allen (what was Rewinding Town in canon) got her interested in the Chosen One, in a way that she wanted to see what made him tick and systematically take it away/destroy it in her Dreams.
4. As such she's a little more possessive over him as her target, even if Tyki was the one told to end him. But she's also possessive over her new Family, if Allen hurts them she won't hesitate to strike back.
5. Has not made contact with her real family since she was taken nor has she gone to see how they were doing. Rhode has no desire to be connected to them, Cyril is her new father now.

Tyki
1. A thief. That's what he grew up as and was dirt poor out on the streets of one of the bigger cities, small and scrawny but fast. But not fast enough to escape bigger boys and men that stole his own goods.
2. Had a small circle of friends and he didn't want those other people touching him or them. Gradually they couldn't at all, touch Tyki that is, not if he didn't want them to. But he could touch them, go through them.
3. Once he got a grasp on his powers he and his little family got enough money so that they all grew up big and tall. Strong theives. Then Adam came and collected him.
4. Like Rhode he's interested in Allen, the Chosen One. He wants to break him too. But differently. Yet at the same time he enjoys the boy's company, toys with him.
5. Works a bit harder than the rest of the Family to end the Summons, to get rid of the magic. Because he has another family he wants to get back to, a more important one.
