Roy - A small book of notes he's gathered on each Kanto Gym leader, from books and also from talking to people. It's obviously not super-detailed, but could be enough to help out in a tight situation. There's also bits and pieces in there where he rambles about how great his family is; it's actually code (not very well-hidden code, but still code) about what he's learned about Team Rocket... ... Some of it might just be him rambling about his family. Added bonus: doodles of his family in the corners.
Ed - Tiny mittens for his Pikachu and a small booklet of advice on "How to Catch Girls" written by Hughes himself. + A small pitcher of milk with a note on it says, "P.S. Girls like tall men!"
Al - A basket of baked goods and candies, both for you and your Pokemon. They're not made by him, so it's safe to eat... kids can never have enough sweets, right?
Winry - A pretty skirt, a gold pocket-watch style necklace in the shape of a ladybug (its wings open up to reveal a working clock~), and an apron
"Victor"/Envy - A very nice and warm long-coat
Kimblee - Fireworks. They're relatively cheap and probably won't go very high, because that was the best Hughes could find. But you'll find a way for them to make the biggest and loudest bang, right Kimblee? Also a nice dress shirt for his white suit. AMBER. TO MATCH HIS EYES. Not gay at all
