[Pommy's been having a hard time trying to figure out this journal thing. He doesn't really like writing! And what's all of these other features? Aren't journals supposed to just be, you know, pen and paper? Why did the Malnosso have to make things so complicated?

But then he sees a pretty lady in his journal offering food and suddenly all that effort seems very worthwhile.]

Myu, can Pommy come over and eat?

[action] Yep, that pesky thing known as RL!

[Pommy wanders in, looking around.]

Myu, your apartment looks like Pommy's! [Yes, Pommy, that's because she lives a community housing building, just like you.] So what did Peach cook?

[Action] Curse you RL! /shakes fist

[Well, it might be a little bit pinker than Pommy's, but, oh well, details.]

Well, since I didn't have any noodles, I decided to make pasta. Hope you like it all the same. [Not to mention it makes her all nostalgic ~]

Myu, that's fine! Pommy likes pasta too!

[He scurries over to the table...and stares up at one of the chairs for a bit before looking sheepishly back at Peach.]

Um...could you help Pommy up to the chair? And Pommy needs something to sit on too, because Pommy's too short to reach the table otherwise...

Ah, sure! [She says, going to her bedroom. She didn't really know that Pommy was small like that, or else she would have prepared things for him in advance.

She comes back with two cookbooks she got from the library. She got those while looking for books that explained more about that place, but had no luck with that.

Setting the books on the chair, she turns to look at Pommy.]

There! I hope it's high enough for you.

That looks great, thanks!

[Pommy proceeds to toss the bag of baked goods onto the chair before scrambling up after them. Then he tosses the bag onto the table.

"Handle with care"? What's that?]

Thanks for inviting Pommy over! Pommy's still new here, so Pommy doesn't have very many friends...

[Peach really doesn't see Pommy abusing the baked good, since she moved to the other room to get the pasta and the tomato sauce to put on the table.]

There we go. Here, let me put it on your plate. [She says, putting a somewhat large serving of pasta on Pommy's plate and covering it with sauce. Sliding the plate next to Pommy again, she smiles at him.] Hope it's good. [She then proceeds to fill her own plate.]

[Pommy twirls his fork in the pasta, gathering it up into a huge glob of starch and tomato sauce that he then shoves into his mouth, slurping up any excess noodles. He chews...swallows...then grins.]

Myu, this is delicious! Pommy really likes it! [And he digs right back in.]

[She watches him eat and can't help but beam when he compliments the food.]

Thank you Pommy! I'm glad you liked it. [She say, before she starts eating as well.]

Say Pommy, where are you from? [Because, he does look quite 'unique'.]

Oh, I'm from the Mushroom Kingdom! It's a quite lovely place. [She says, in between forkfuls of pasta.]

[He blinks at her in the middle of another bite of pasta.]

"Mushroom Kingdom"? Are there a lot of mushrooms there?

[...Pommy, there's probably a good reason why it's called the Mushroom Kingdom. (Then again, Diamond City isn't exactly, erm, made of diamonds or known for diamonds or anything like that.)]

Actually, there are! [Peach beams, thinking about the Toads that live near her castle.]

Mushrooms are an important part of my homeworld you see? Even some of the houses are shaped like those.

And, what about Diamond City then? Does it have diamonds? [She chuckles. Talk about places with obvious names...]

Houses shaped like mushrooms? [Give him a moment to imagine this, considering that the mushrooms he's used to coming across are tiny little things in the forest.] Pommy's never heard of anything like that before!

Myu, Pommy doesn't know if Diamond City has diamonds, though. There are jewelry stores with diamonds, but lots of other places have jewelry stores, too.

Well, I don't remember seeing any houses like that aside from the ones in the Mushroom Kingdom, so it's OK if you never saw one.

[She listens to him and can't help but chuckle.]

Maybe it's just a fancy name then. I admit the name Diamond City sure looks quite impressive.

Bomberman said that there are other cities on Bomber Star that are named after different kind of jewels. [For instance, Jadesburg, Onyx Quarry, Amethyzdal...] Pommy wants to visit them someday!
